ARE YOU AWARE
OF THE POTENTIAL
OF PRODUCTS
NATIVE TO THE LANDS?

Through processes and technologies,
we manage land in Brazil, especially
in the Cerrado biome. Using practices
that respect the local ecosystem,
we create value in conservation areas,
such as Private Protected Areas (Áreas de Reserva Legal)
and surplus of native vegetation, managing
their high-value bioactive products.

BIO2ME COMBINES
ENVIRONMENTAL
PRESERVATION
WITH ECONOMIC
POTENTIAL!

Today, Brazil has 651 million hectares of
conservation areas, legal private or
unproductive areas. This represents more
than half of our territory and is an untapped
market worth $186 billion.

OF #MATOQUEÉAGRO
(AGRIBUSINESS IN THE BUSHLANDS)

We manage the Cerrado sustainably and
generate income from native plants.
Through responsible professional
management, supported by technologies
such as AI and IOT, we accurately identify
the potential for bioactive production in
each hectare, finding the best land and
creating optimal value for the farmer.

See how we use technology
in our processes.

We specialize
in the sustainable management
of high-value bioactive products
that are found only in conservation areas.
We manage the land
by mastering production techniques and
logistics to handle fruits, seeds, and assets
without altering the environment. With a
dedicated production chain, from seed to
marketing, we plant, collect, and
sell bioactive products, with an initial
focus on baru and fava d’anta,
two species native to the Cerrado biome.

Bio2me is part of the Cerrado Sustainable Soy
Program (PSSC – Programa Soja Sustentável do Cerrado),
an initiative of the PwC Agtech Innovation and
Land Innovation Fund, having Cargill, CPQD, Embrapii,
and Embrapa as strategic partners. The program
fosters innovation in agribusiness with a focus
on deforestation-free production in the Cerrado biome.

Bio2me’s project uses drones and its neural network
to map and assess the potential for producing high-value
bioactive products on farms. This makes it possible
to generate income for farmers and avoid removal
of native vegetation from their land.

Bio2me also supplies and plants the seedlings and
uses IoT to ensure the traceability of production,
structuring the bioactive product chain, from
seed to marketing.

Nestlé chose Bio2me to be part of its open
innovation platform, Panela Nestlé, in the 2024 cycle.
Panela Nestlé is an initiative aimed at connecting
the company with various partners, promoting
a collaborative environment for the development of
innovative solutions.

As part of this cycle, Bio2me will have the chance
to collaborate with Nestlé on innovation projects,
using its knowledge and expertise to add value
to Nestlé’s products.
